Oshkosh rubber diaphragm used inside the quick release valve (qrv) may delaminate and may cause leakage levels past AND/OR through the diaphragm in excess of permissible specifications, or could cause a restriction in the air flow, thereby effecting pressure delivery to the service brakes and not allow the service brakes to release.
