VARIANCE OF A BRACKET WELDED IN THE BRAKE ACTUATOR SHELL PREVENTS THE FULL RANGE OF MOTION OF THE MASTER CYLINDER SHAFT ROD. THIS CAN CAUSE THE BRAKES TO OVERHEAT AT THE WHEELS.
IF EITHER OCCURS THERE IS AN INCREASED RISK OF A CRASH.
TRACKER MARINE WILL NOTIFY OWNERS, AND DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE BRAKE ACTUATORS, FREE OF CHARGE.
