Thor Industries furnaces were produced with a defective gas control valve which can stick in the open position.
The short version
THOR INDUSTRIES reported a problem with the equipment. Here is what owners need to know.
The furnaces were produced with a defective gas control valve which can stick in the open position.
If the gas valve sticks in the open position, gas could leak out and, in the presence of an ignition source, result in a fire.
Crossroads will notify owners, and dealers will repair the furnaces, free of charge.
