Westmor Industries stem of the valve may break, resulting in separation.
The short version
Westmor Industries reported a problem with the equipment. Here is what owners need to know.
The stem of the valve may break, resulting in separation. This may result in the valve being ejected and pressurized gas being released into the atmosphere.
The ejected valve could strike another vehicle and cause personal injury or a vehicle crash. The release of gas near an ignition source could also lead to a vehicle fire.
Westmor will notify owners and Emerson will replace the valves free of charge.
