Kenworth affected vehicles have the parking brake incorrectly placed on the non-driven rear axle.
The short version
PACCAR Incorporated reported a problem with the parking brake. Here is what owners need to know.
The affected vehicles have the parking brake incorrectly placed on the non-driven rear axle.
If the parking brake is on the non-driven axle the vehicle could roll away when the parking brakes are set, resulting in an increased risk of a crash.
PACCAR will notify owners, and dealers will move the parking brake components to the forward wheel axle, free of charge.
