The affected vehicles are equipped with a chassis power board that is not protected from moisture. Additionally, the bolts that mount the chassis power board may rub against the circuit board and cause an electrical short.
Exposure to moisture or rubbing from mounting bolts may result in an electrical short which can increase the risk of a fire.
Kalmar will install nylon washers to any truck that were not built with washers, free of charge.
