The short version
Spartan Motors USA reported a problem with the visibility rearview mirrors/devices. Here is what owners need to know.
The affected vehicles are equipped with ASA Electronics monitors for displaying the backup camera images, model number VOM74MMx. The affected monitors may revert back to the factory default settings which may cause the camera image to be reversed.
If the monitor displays the image in reverse, the driver may unintentionally turn in the wrong direction, increasing the risk of crash.
Spartan will notify owners, and dealers will install a relay harness with a capacitor, free of charge.
