The short version

Dennis Eagle Inc. reported a problem with the electrical system instrument cluster/panel. Here is what owners need to know.

WHAT

Dennis Eagle Inc. (Dennis Eagle) is recalling one 2017 Diego vehicle. If the changeover switch fails while the vehicle is being driven from the right-hand side (RHS), the instrument cluster and throttle controls may switch to the left-hand side (LHS).

WHY IT MATTERS

Removal of the cluster display and throttle control and loss of brake lights may increase the risk of a crash.

WHAT TO DO

Take it to a dealer — they will update the LHS and RHS instrument cluster, and the brake line pressure switch, free of charge.
