Thor Motor Coach rear reflectors within the taillight lens may be too high, reducing the vehicle's visibility.
The short version
Thor Motor Coach reported a problem with the exterior lighting. Here is what owners need to know.
The rear reflectors within the taillight lens may be too high, reducing the vehicle's visibility. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
The incorrectly positioned reflectors may make the motorhome less visible to others on the road, increasing the risk of a crash.
TMC will notify owners, and dealers will install adhesive reflectors, free of charge.
