Mack Trucks headlamps may not be properly aimed, possibly reducing the driver's visibility.
The short version
Mack Trucks, Inc. reported a problem with the exterior lighting headlights. Here is what owners need to know.
The headlamps may not be properly aimed, possibly reducing the driver's visibility. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
Reduced visibility can increase the risk of a crash.
Mack will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and readjust the headlamps, free of charge.
