The short version

Gulf Stream Coach, Inc. reported a problem with the appliance refrigerator. Here is what owners need to know.

WHAT

The lower front trim strip may be missing from the refrigerator. The front strip is required to make the refrigerator cabinet seal complete, and provides complete isolation of the combustion system from the travel trailer interior.

WHY IT MATTERS

Without the front trim strip, carbon monoxide or flammable unburned Liquid Petroleum (LP) gases may migrate into the living quarters of the travel trailer, increasing the risk of fire or carbon monoxide poisoning causing occupant injury.

WHAT TO DO

Gulf Stream will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the trailers and verify that the seal at the bottom of the refrigerator cabinet is installed properly, free of charge.
