The short version
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) reported a problem with the tires markings. Here is what owners need to know.
These vehicles may be equipped with tires that have a lesser load rating than intended for the vehicle. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."
The incorrect tires can result in the operator overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Take it to a dealer — they will replace the tires, and update the owner's manual with the correct load rating, free of charge.
