Forest River certification label incorrectly states there are 6 belted seating positions, when there are only 4 belted seating positions.
The short version
Forest River, Inc. reported a problem with the other labels. Here is what owners need to know.
The certification label incorrectly states there are 6 belted seating positions, when there are only 4 belted seating positions. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Wheels and Rims-Other than Passenger Cars."
Incorrect belted seating position information may result in unbelted passengers, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.
Take it to a dealer — they will replace the Federal certification label, free of charge.
