Grand Design Recreational cargo Carrying Capacity (CCC) label is incorrect.
The short version
Grand Design RV, LLC reported a problem with the other labels. Here is what owners need to know.
The Cargo Carrying Capacity (CCC) label is incorrect. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."
Incorrect weight information on the label can cause the vehicle to be overloaded, increasing the risk of a crash.
Take it to a dealer — they will remove and replace the label, free of charge.
