Rev Recreation Group exterior patio outlet may lack gfci protection when powered by the generator or shore cord.
The short version
REV Recreation Group reported a problem with the 120/240 vac electrical system gfci/afci. Here is what owners need to know.
The exterior patio outlet may lack GFCI protection when powered by the generator or shore cord.
An outlet without GFCI protection may fail to shut off electrical power when a ground-fault occurs, increasing the risk of injury.
Take it to a dealer — they will install GFCI protection device prior to the inverter transfer switch, free of charge.
