International Motors service brake may take longer than expected to release.
The short version
International Motors, LLC reported a problem with the supply quick release valve. Here is what owners need to know.
The service brake may take longer than expected to release. As such, these vehicles may fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 121, "Air Brake Systems."
A delayed brake release can increase the risk of crash.
International will install larger air lines or a quick release valve (QRV) as necessary, free of charge.
