Oshkosh rearview camera image may not display when the vehicle is placed in reverse.
The short version
Oshkosh Corporation reported a problem with the back over prevention display function. Here is what owners need to know.
The rearview camera image may not display when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."
A blank rearview camera display can reduce the driver's rear visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
Oshkosh will inspect and replace the head units as necessary, free of charge.
