Newmar Corporation cargo Carrying Capacity (CCC) label may state an incorrect weight value.
The short version
Newmar Corporation reported a problem with the other labels. Here is what owners need to know.
The Cargo Carrying Capacity (CCC) label may state an incorrect weight value. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, “Wheels and Rims - Other Than Passenger Cars.”
Incorrect weight information can allow the vehicle to be overloaded, increasing the risk of a crash.
Take it to a dealer — they will replace the labels, free of charge.
